One of my nearest and dearest [who you can follow here] offers a variety of papers on which you can write notes to YOUR nearest and dearest. Some of these beautiful papers were handcrafted in Uganda! You simply must read about Grace’s endeavors.
I found this Emma J Designs Monogram above particularly interesting… Initials surrounded by perhaps iconic imagery… Lollie would call this lovely little piece of art “useful as well as ornamental”- A foreseeable investment for married life!

It’s the start of another week… hope you all got your beauty sleep. Sipping on my cup of coffee and perusing my favorite old photos this seemed to capture my mood perfectly: Silky sheets, favorite baubles, and a loyal pom-pom.
Mountains of thinking-of-you’s to write & several fun tricks up my sleeve… What would you do if you had a day off?

In a desperate attempt to prolong attacking the mound of Entrepreneurial Law readings, I have found myself drooling over this delicate, feminine, specimen of impeccable craftsmanship with Italian lace… how could a girl who appreciates pretty things not obsess over this dainty-delight? Unfortunately, this little treasure is the near equivalent of 3 monthly mortgage payments on my dream home. Note to self, look but don’t linger.

Having grown up in a house filled to the brim with boys, I’ve always known with God’s sense of humor he will bless me with a house full of gals… and I will have no idea what to do with them. [Don’t you worry sweet Rob… this is way hypothetical]
Our home will probably be a fusion of the fraternity house I was reared in and the Lamda Chi Mu Chateau up the street [for cousin’s Lauren, Catie, & Margaret]. Snake catchin’, barefoot runnin’ in the mornings to tutu’s, tiaras & tea parties in the evenings! I am so okay with this.
We will just have to set ourselves up for success with real-estate in a close proximity to the Hospital and we will rarely have to purchase shoes… leaving more for the nail polish fund.

Yet another week is coming to an end, but God gave us the weekend to be thankful! One way I like to show thanks is with celebration. That’s right, being a party person. How could fun friends, tasty treats, and a little catch phrase not spread cheer for the blessings we’ve been given? Let’s get sparkly.
